Medical assistants are health care professionals who assist doctors in clinics and medical offices. They may show you to the exam room, take your vital signs, and check your height and weight. Medical assistants will ask about your symptoms and health concerns, and pass that information on to your doctor.
As a Physiotherapy Assistant, you will help and support Physiotherapists in the treatment of people who have difficulty with moving. You will have a variety of different tasks, such as: setting up and clearing away equipment. working on exercises with patients. showing patients how to use equipment such as wheelchairs.
